I called shortly before noon on a Saturday, hoping to schedule an oil change for the same day. Although they were very busy, I was given the opportunity to bring my car in as a walk-in. Not only did the service department treat me with respect and professionalism, but the salesmen kept me entertained with great conversation while I waited for my car. I expected to be at the dealership for 2 hrs, due to the circumstances, but they actually got me in and out in an hour! Oil changed, tires rotated, and they even gave my car a complimentary wash! I had an A+ experience, for sure.

My experience with Nalley Kia was great! I always bring my car here for service and have never had a problem.  The customer service is excellent and they always keep me informed with the progress of my vehicle.  The waiting area is nice and there is Wi-Fi, water, coffee and popcorn while you wait.  I will continue to use them for my car service needs.

I brought my car in to be checked for problems with my engine  and was told it was fine. Less than a week later my engine seized. The techs are not very proficient, so this place is probably ok for basic services but don't go in for a problem.  The manager had no other explanation other than all we can do is "listen" with basically a shrug. Sounded very unapologetic and took no responsibility. I am just glad the engine didn't blow when I was on the middle of a freeway. Won't be coming back here.

After 4 + years I will have to change service provider for my Kia. After yesterday which was my last straw I will not be returning. The manager at this location is very aloof and has no customer service. Well I am only speaking for me. They do not value me as a customer, so I will take my car somewhere else. It's not the only place. I will not make anyone make me feel like I am worthless. They are not doing me a favor but suppose to be providing a service. For a him to tell me to shot up and he will put me out after he gets my payment shows how he do not known how to handle unsatified customers. He was all up in his feelings at this time. I prefer not to deal with him but sometimes I just have to. Anyway will not go into any more details. Just disappointed in my self for allowing someone to get me upset and highly disappointed in Kia.

I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Forte at Nalley Kia. My sale person, Jamal was wonderful from the time I enter the dealership. He listened to my wants and needs as a shop for a new car. He introduced me to every one that was help in the process of me purchasing a new car. The whole team was wonderful! They the process smooth, easy, and quick.  Thanks you Jamal and the team at Nalley Kia!! I will return there in the future to purchase another car!
