The experience was excellent from beginning to end.   Our salesperson, Jamel Talbert, went above and beyond with providing great service and making sure we were well informed.  We went in with hesitation and came out of there feeling very comfortable with the whole experience and with our purchase.  We would highly recommend going to this dealership to buy a car and ask for Jamel Talbert.  He makes you feel like you're family and he will take care of you.

They make promises that are not kept. Finance department like to add on optional things to your loan. They don't have your best at heart they try to use the most highest interest possible. Buyers beware. My 2017 cars will be my last cars purchase at this place. It's not even a full 2 months yet and my radio is malfunctioning. The only decent person up there is Greg. He has integrity. They need to recognize his outstanding performance.

Shamaul is the best sales rep I have ever worked with! Worked overtime and above and beyond to make sure the deal got done in a professional and quick manor. Greg, the GM is such an awesome guy! Thank you so much for helping my brother and I find our new vehicles!

I have had several trips to Stonecrest Toyota where I look forward to my scheduled appointment for servicing my Car.  I actually have stayed over the time of when my car was ready because of the Tranquility and free messaging chair.  It is the best!  Plus my car is serviced where I have never had to bring it back because of the poor servicing of my Car.  The staff are so kind with a Genuine Smile and courteous especially this Young man whose last name is LONG, son Of Apostle Eddie Long.  I am looking forward in purchasing my next car from Stonecrest Toyota because of it's Service.

Recently bought my 2017 corolla  from Nalley Toyota stonecrest and couldn't be happier. Professional, courteous and relatively pain free buying experience. Found a good deal on a car online came in was helped out by Lexie Guthrie Nalley Toyota Stonecrest Sales Manager  are very  professional and I had zero problems with the process it was a lot easier with her help. I recommend coming here if you are looking for a car. A great deal was made. Lexie Guthrie Nalley Toyota Stonecrest Sales Manager was amazing. A salesperson I can really trust. Thank you for your professional and very polite service Lexie. Very grateful
