He is very kind,  professional, and informative itemizing the various items and carefully looking them up to determine their value. He has been extremely fair in his offers. I have also tried another business in Joplin and Nally Gold & Silver gave a considerably higher offer, spent more time, and showed an appreciation for my business. Responded promptly through the chat feature and were very respectful and pleasant. Unfortunate that I did not get to do business with them but I will definitely keep them in mind in the future and would recommend them to others! Very nice experience with them!

We did not have an appointment and they came over from their home and it only took them 15 minutes. They gave us the best price for our silver coins than any other coin place we had been. They took time to evaluate every coin to give us the best price, which other coin dealers have not done.  They will be first on our list when we have coins or jewelry to sale and we highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a really great experience! I was not expecting. They really do treat you faer and explain everything as they go ! And I got the best price I could. I will definitely be returning to Nally Gold and Silver.
