I recently had the pleasure of visiting this Namco.  In a day when we have come to expect mediocre to poor service because that has sadly become common in retail environments the staff at this store is quite the opposite.  The customer service was excellent.  The young lady that helped me was very knowledgeable of all their products and went out of her way to assist me in making a significant purchase decision.  I left feeling completely confident that I made the right choice and would receive excellent service going forward as well.  The staff went above and beyond, staying after closing to help me despite my suggestion to come back another day so they could go home.  Excellent, Thank You.

It was great, they gave us helpful information  about hot tubs and helped us find a good pool floaty for are needs.

The store was very emptied out of product which may be a function of it being the end of the summer. They also seemed understaffed no one came over and even asked us if they could help
