The manager "Ashley", she refused to give her last name, treated me in a disrespectful and hostile manner after she personally performed a transaction in which I was a victim of identity theft. I called within three hours of the theft from my account and she was extremely rude to me. She kept interrupting me and telling me I had no right to be upset because she did the transaction herself. She was very disrespectful and hung up on me. I had to call back and another employee with better customer service tried to be helpful. Instead of voiding the transaction that happened within hours or significantly reducing the stolen amount, she tried to brush off the fact that my money was taken. Her solution was to rudely give me an 888 number in which no one answers. I asked if she was a new manager because she seemed to think she was justified in getting an attitude with me because I was upset. I explained to her that I'm allowed to be upset for the next few WEEKS because her incompetence cost me to lose money. I said that her attitude was making me want to write a bad review. She immaturely said " Go ahead". It is quite disappointing that a company would continue to keep Ashley employees when she doesn't know how to diffuse a customer who is upset about her participation in an identify theft transaction. I have every right to be upset and to ask as many questions as I need so I can contact my bank to get it resolved. It's also quite concerning that she doesn't care at all about negative reviews about her professional performance.
