Just called to inform them that a house next door to mine had been broken into. Before I could even get that far I was put on hold twice for 7 minutes then after giving them the address it was read back to me incorrectly just to get out on hold again. After finally talking with another lady and letting her know that I have a house next door to mine that was broken into she told me how I even know it was broken into? I told her because the window is missing and footprints in the snow. Then she told me she would try and have someone check it out! I proceeded to explain to her I had things missing and she rushed me off the phone and didn't even let me finish with my call. I figured since I pay taxes and live in a city that they work for they would care that people are breaking into stuff at night on and around my house. Apparently not! I cant believe the actions that were taken today regarding my call. Who ever I talked to should not have that job. I have had better support from direct tv.....

If I could give 0 stars, I would. These are by far, the laziest, most disrespectful police officers I’ve ever seen. Officer Chrome and officer Shepherd are very incompetent. Not quite sure how they still have a badge. Nampa Police Department needs a lot of improvement.

I've found the few experiences I've had with this department to be helpful and caring. I am not sure what some other experienced but I have none that were negative. Currently being assisted in locating my lost nephew via phone. Read the reviews... You have my support guys and gals

Was rear ended in a hit and run.. was sure what I could do. Spoke to dispatch and gave them all the information that I could. Thanks to dispatch, a concerned citizen and quick police work they found the gentleman who hit me was a drunk driver. Thank you NPD👍🏻👏🏻
