Although it's not a local restaurant, this Nando's location  is an excellent pick for lunch or dinner. Their service is quick! I ordered 2 piece meal(medium spice) with chips and it was ready in less than 10 minutes. It is located in the West Loop so you are able to walk around and maybe go to a different place for dessert or additional drinks. They have plenty of seating and amazing artwork throughout the place.

The chicken here was phenomenal. I ordered the chicken thigh skewers with two sides, the peas and cole slaw. The sides were pleasant, though nothing special. The specialty is absolutely the high quality of the chicken with the combination of flavorful sauce. I chose hot, which is perfect for hot sauce lovers like myself, though I would recommend medium or below for anyone that doesn't tolerate spicy well.

I had to take a star off because the service proved unusually slow and a large number of tables were simply left uncleared. The silverware had run out. The staff were working really hard and I applaud their efforts, but they just seemed incredibly short on help on this particular day--a Saturday with a major event going on in the city. That responsibility lies with management, not the hardworking staff.

Excellent chicken and sauces! Quick service at a good location. Try all the different sauces available in tall glass bottles, outdoor seating is wonderful during summer (on the sidewalk), street parking is available, and staff is attentive.

Definitely one of the most amazing places I've eaten at. The lunch experience is amazing. I got delicious food and a meal and drink for like $14. The best chicken I think I've ever had and there sauces are to die for. The sauces can be hot for those who aren't used to it but it was perfect for me and I definitely give this 5 stars without any hesitation whatsoever. A perfect experience!

Careful carnivores carve chicken from cartilage. Flavor fomented from the fervor of freedom fills the foodhole. Come and feast. Oh and the bowl was good.
