Been coming here for 5 years. Not anymore.... I have been unsatsified the last 3 times I have been here. You lost my business!   If I have to get home and finish cleaning my car..... there's something wrong!  The guys lean on the car and every now and then, wipe an area to make it look as if they are doing something. My interior is not clean and smeared from wiping it with a dirty rag. I could complain more but it's not worth it really.... just going somewhere else

Best price and best service in town. Even when I'm closer to other car wash businesses in Naples I always go to Naples car wash. Family owned and operated and they are always on site. If you are not 100% satisfied just point it out and they are on top of it!!

While waiting for my car, one of the employees hands a bill to the owner. The owner goes to the waiting area, asked about who the owner of the car was. Once the owner was identified, he gave him the money, which had fallen under the seat. I like this place because they are fast, diligent, and honest.

I have been going to this wash aprox once or twice a month for about 1-1/2 years. Usually I have been quite happy but over the past months they have started lacking. I brought it to their attention once, then again a few weeks later when nothing had changed, and again a few weeks later. I guess they don't care.

I drive a truck, when drying the rear window they have a stick with a cloth attached so the center of the window gets fully dry, leaving no spots. They rarely use it.
Watching the drying team you can see they work with a lack luster attitude and seemingly decided to quit wiping chrome bumpers. This leaves water spots and hasn't been done without me specifically asking them to for the last few months.
My side mirrors are folded when entering the wash. Whoever's job it is to unfold them is lacking as the drivers mirror rarely gets unfolded and is left up to me.
The latest is they have started using the wrong sent for the interior. Asking for baby powder but seem to get lemon... uggh I cant stand the smell of lemon.

I'm not the usual on line reviewer type of person, but after bringing these items to the attention of the management couple times, they seem not to listen. Perhaps they can read better than they can hear.

I was going to get my car detailed/shampooed and a wash on the outside as well. I wasn't aware I need to make an appt for that. I would have been HAPPY to make an appt if the lady at the desk wasn't so rude. Because of her attitude I won't be taking any of my cars there which is a shame because I've heard okay reviews about them.
