Not the place I would choose to celebrate my birthday. I’m from New York but my mom live in Massachusetts. My mom choose this lounge to celebrate her birthday, so all I did wast to please my mom and I reserved a table for 20 people. So te manager told me that I had to pay $100 to reserve the table and it included the decorations, 2 tickets and a bottle of champagne. WE NEVER GOT THE CHAMPAGNE. Also since my mom did got to invite 20 people we had a empty space and the manager asked me if he can use that space to sit more people. And of course I said yes and at least I was expecting a complimentary drink for my mom and instead they over charged me. At fist they was charging me $15 cocktail and than they changed to $20 and the waitress didn’t want to talk to me. Also they brought a hookah that I had asked 1 hour before the was closing and they brought it 10 min before closing. The hookah was horrible and it was a $30 waisted. I was expecting something better for it to be $$$$. Never again! There’s are better lounges and cheaper than Nara Lounge.

My friend and I went out for a girls night and had a fantastic time, our server Chiara was prompt and personable, drinks and hookah were fantastic, I highly recommend coming here for a night out. Service and quality were outstanding, I will definitely be back! Thank you Chiara and Nara staff!

I celebrated my birthday this past Saturday at nara!! A1+ was just magical ... service and hooka is to die for .thanks for the Promoter put all effort and support to make it so special for me. Defiantly will be back and refer my friends . LATIN NIGHT was hot never knew it was this beautiful place on atwells . Thank you all for my amazing birthday. Thank you NARA 😙

Great atmosphere, but only 3 stars because $7 for a beer and $35 for 3 shots of patron is way too much!!!

My first time back after the renovation and it will be my last. The atmosphere is GONE. It’s not longer a lounge. It feels like a Panera bread with dim lights. And classy? I can’t believe all these people are calling it classy. The was a posted dress code on the door but the girl at the table next to us had tights and no dress or skirt on. She was wearing no underwear and nothing on her bottom. That’s when we left. I can deal with a 30 dollar one hose hookah IF they put it on a table that doesn’t wobble and the girl doesnt almost burn my face when she came by with the replacement coals. Based on the responses to these reviews the owner is illiterate and likely not concerned with your hookah experience.
