A truly unique Rhode Island food gem. Using fresh, local ingredients in a menu that changes seasonally this place offers some of the best food you will ever eat. They even make their own bread. Best part is the decor is original 1920's. If you don't eat here you will always regret it. *****Update, this establishment has since closed so if you have never eaten here you will die an unfulfilled soul; the food was THAT GOOD. It will be sorely missed.*****

Waitress was great. Food as always is fantastic. Melt in your mouth steak tips. My girlfriend had garlic shrimp pasta and said it was very good.

The food was very creative and flavorful. The vegan squash "pasta" were surprisingly good, and the pork belly was amazing as well. The dining room is spacious and beautiful with lots of gorgeous old woodwork. The bar is nice as well. We appreciated the selection of half bottles of wine--perfect for a quick dinner. Staff were helpful with dietary restrictions. Recommended!

Excellent service. Great cocktails. Tasty local food done well. And some of the presentations were terrific, but others were lackluster at best. Plus, the special steaks are beyond pricy ($96 for a 17 oz!!!). And while seated at the back, we somehow were smelling cigarette smoke from outside.

The food was okay, pretty standard fare. Had the crunchy burger, cinnamon peach fritter and the Chocolate mousse. The burger was fine, the fritter I liked (though oddly it's a side dish) and the mousse was way too solid, though plus points for using dark chocolate. The decor was quite at odds with the menu though. When we were looking at it on the outside we were expecting a casual interior but it was more of an elegant 40s interior, which we liked but surprised us. There was a very loud DJ playing in the more informal bar area that was so loud we were glad that we hadn't sat in that area. The staff were very pleasant and the price quite reasonable.
