I came in yesterday and my wrap wasn’t made how i would have liked it to be.  But he went in the back and made it himself and I loved  Thank you Dwayne  You greatly appreciated Keep up the great work. We will be back.

Clean establishment, friendly and quick service, delicious food. We ordered the tenders with fries and the chicken biscuit sandwich, both in the hot dang and the hot dang really is spicy so be careful! The chicken was so crispy and flavorful!

I want to start off this review by saying I am NOT a chicken person by any means.My sister convinced me to come here & oh my goodness!Now I'm addicted.I can't stop thinking about this chicken,I have to come here every time I come to Edmond.The restaurant is beyond clean,they have so many varieties & their menu is easy to order from.I always receive my food fast & fresh,they even have a rewards program that makes them that much more appealing.Take it from someone who could've cared less for chicken before experiencing the deliciousness of Nashbirds-you are missing out if you haven't been there!

5th visit...still loving the food. Also still feeling manipulated paying for our order and being expected to tip without any service or food. We're always pleasant and friendly, but if we don't tip, does your teen and 20-something staff get vindictive and screw with our food? How do we know? The breading was noticeably different today - easily falls off the chicken. Did you change it or was our food messed with? Ever wonder why customers don"t return more often?  There's really no special or unique service here to tip for. No one waits on you. Sure they bring your food out, but call my number and I'll get my own food. If you run a business don't make patrons feel uncomfortable for giving you their business over all the other choices they have. If you can't pay a decent wage, that's not your customer's responsibility to keep your employees happily paid. We also didn't get our sauce with the meal. Is that the service we should have tipped for?

We have eaten here at least 10 times in the last month. I love nashbird. Their Mac and cheese is awesome. Their kid meals are legit and honestly enough food for an adult. The reason for three stars is because the last three visits I’ve requested a level 3 and haven’t gotten it. I’ve had all the levels including 4 which is really just outrageous and can tell this is a 3. It’s frustrating to crave hot chicken, get home and it not be spicy.

The food was extremely hot and fresh. The flavors seemed pretty nice, but overall it seemed like the Nashville seasoning was really just cayenne and paprika. It somewhat lacked the flavor and depth that Nashville chicken should have. It really just tasted like spicy. The chicken itself was nicely marinated.  The sides were great, particularly the Mac n cheese. Alcohol selection was fantastic. Beer, cocktails, and frozen drinks. Pretty good sized portions, but the prices reflect that. Around $10 per person without drinks.

Tasty and large "Jumbo Tenders". I like spicy, but be cautious. I got level 2. Way over priced by Oklahoma standards. Two of us split 4 tenders, 1 side, a large drink, and a water...$23.
