I was greeted with lots of smiles, lead to my space, offered assistance setting up, given a 24/7 phone number to call if I hand a problem. His names starts with G, and he is about the best I've seen. 
Don't be fooled by the iconic 70's office this place is clean and well stocked.  Some not all of the lots have a shared utility post [lots of places do]. 
They do have a Friday night band, trash pick-up twice a day, a food truck, great staff and friendly neighbors. I'll be returning there.

Words cannot express our experience at this park. The owners and staff know what giving customer service really means in today's world . The owner is awesome her sister well wonderful. The head manager Don friendly , professional,  courteous. We stayed there for 8 months.  It was exceptional!!!we will miss the park and people very much. We highly recommend this park...I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars.. I can 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

First off, if you're looking for a place with a water park, fishing ponds, etc, this is not it.  But quite honestly, I don't know of one in the greater Nashville area. There is a pool to cool off in, and a small playground for the kids. Friday nights, there's live music and a food truck

Now, let's get to what this park is. This park is clean, and well maintained. Do things break? Sure, but the crew lives on site and repairs get done quick. Plus owners and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Yes, the spaces are a little tight. That is partly because of the trees that provide lots of shade. Then again, you're here for what's around you. A $20 Lyft/Uber ride gets you downtown. (Note: That's what parking will likely cost you, and someone else gets to fight traffic).

The bathrooms have been recently redone, at least the men's has. Its all tile, with large showers. The laundry room is fast and cheap - $2 for wash ($1.25) and dry ($0.75) and it only takes an hour. FYI, there are not a lot of washers or dryers, but at that pace its never a long wait.

The park is only about 20 miles from Nashville. The park is really nice and quiet. On Fridays they have a food truck. Really yummy food. And the owner is really nice. The park staff are really friendly and helpful. I would come back

A little out of the way. Nice staff. Well maintained swimming pool. Too many trees. Prices are pretty reasonable. They kept it clean. Even when full not too crowded.
