Nice swimming pool and activities for the kids. Terrible management. Two examples. 1. We stayed over a week. Friends had been visiting everyday. We were about to leave town so we had friends coming to say goodbye. They weren't using park facilities. They were at my RV, sitting in one of my chairs, relaxing with me. Then one day they had employees at the gate stopping guests. I had to pay $10 for one friend to sit in my "yard" for an hour and $15 later in the day for another friend to visit with her 2 kids, again, stop sit in my "yard." When I complained to the manager that I had visitors all week she said, "Well, it looks like we missed out on some money." Not only was it rude she was using a very snarky tone of voice. Example 2: The next day I came into the office to get my kids pool pass for the day. I stood behind another guest to wait my turn. The same manager was complaing to the guest in front of me about a previous guest. The manager was even making fun of the previous guest who had complained to her about park policies. The manager then said, "I don't care, let her write her little review. It won't affect me." If that manager is removed and the park policies are made more clear it will be a nice place for kids. The spots are very close together as well.

With a wonderful staff and a small park for children to play this was a great place to spend the holiday. They were very accommodating, letting our group stay as close together as possible which couldn't have been easy as our group consisted of multiple cabins, campers, and tents.the bathrooms were kept clean and fresh. The only problem came with the gate pass which had to be replaced repeatedly due to technical issues. All in all would definitely go back again.

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. I know it was cold and bad weather but the staff was not helpful. Our water field hydrant froze. I did not know it was frozen and attempted to open it thus breaking it. The maintenance man was obviously upset and proceeded to let me know that we were not in Florida. I guess he was upset because he would have to fix it. Regardless, not the best customer service. We won't be going back. Had I known there was a KOA down the street I would have gone there....never had a bad experience at a KOA.

Shame on you for issuing a bogus press release claiming that you're being victimized over your dancing Christmas lights. As someone who lives 2 miles from your establishment, I can attest to the fact that once it gets dark, I'm a prisoner in my own home. You had every chance to file a permit and traffic plan rather than relying on taxpayer money to do it for you, but you didn't. Your behavior at the town meeting was abysmal. You don't care about the families who live in the area or the other business owners around you (who have also complained). You don't care about the dangerous traffic situations you create. All you care about is money. Simply put, you are being a bad neighbor.
