The workers here are rude and unprofessional. There have been numerous times I've gone here and when I go to the counter, the worker does not say good morning, good afternoon, back to me or barely acknowledged my presence. Another thing is they hold personal conversations with one another and slow down on the work they are doing for you. Don't get me wrong, there are a few wonderful workers there, but it's far and in between. I swear I only use this office because it's the closest to me and I can reach it by bus if at all necessary.

I think if you don't make an appointment reservation online and just show up, you're going to end up waiting forever. This location is always packed. After the initial "check-in" line where someone sees what you're there for and makes sure you have all the correct paperwork, you're either directed to scan your appointment reservation confirmation, which gives you a number immediately, or get into another line where you wait forever again just to get a number.. Most recently, I made an appointment reservation online for 2:45pm on a Thursday afternoon to register a vehicle. I arrived at 2:30pm, and received a number after a short wait in the check-in line. My number was called at 2:35pm, I handed all my paperwork to the woman at the counter, and she basically did the rest. She was in training with a more experienced worker double checking her work, so it took longer than it should have, but I was out of there at 2:50pm.

DMV... Enough said!! LOL. This location has a bit more than the usual amount of people but the workers hold it down and maintain order so things move slowly but safely. I give it up to all the workers some people are just rude, and you can tell it is not easy to serve them all in peace.

This office has been good for me. I just wish the hours were better. Also, it's too far away.
