Went today for several specific reasons waited an 1 hour to get to window. We encountered Ms Polite a pleasant knowable person who with a friendly aura about her, she said we should see an examiner Waited another hour then we were helped by Ms Jenkins who was a very friendly soft spoken person who helped us and explained everything clearly. Both individuals were very professional and polite a credit to the social security administration

Went there to obtain a replacement social security card. Greeted by security card. Informed me what yo do .. filled out form. Was there about 45 minutes tops. Lady at window was courteous and helpful.

I had a pretty good experience here applying for duplicate in person, it was the end of the day and they helped me pretty quickly - but then found out I still had to wait for card in mail :(

The phones are very busy, the waiting is a little long, but once you get through you get your questions answered!

Can't quite figure out why this place is getting so much hate. Was there today and everyone was respectful and polite. I've even personally witnessed a security officer go above and beyond helping to bridge the communication gap for an elderly person who didn't speak English well. We need more people like him in this world.
