This location is convenient to the Baltimore Washington Parkway, and the ground are huge. There are a variety of dog-friendly trails to view nature. Birding is excellent! The nature center exhibits are somewhat dated but they are nonetheless impactful. It's worth a visit for sure, but not quite the must-see location it must have been a decade ago.

A great place for a quick dose of nature embedded in the dense suburban - urban sprawl of Baltimore - DC. I go here to see birds of all sorts, especially during spring migration for the warblers, and fall migration for the waterfowl. Twenty minutes walking here helps relieve the toxicity of commuting.

Nice place to visit to see wildlife with two lakes, a pond and nice hiking trail. Pet friendly took my dog on the hike. The interior closes at 4:30 pm but the paths and area are open until dusk.

The exhibits in the center are very old and have outdated and incorrect information. Very disappointing. The rest of the park is nice though.
