Their incompetence is awe-inspiring and really must be intentional. Do your best to not rent from them. It's 100% not worth it.

So rude we asked them to fix our air conditioning it took them half a year, we had a storm knock over a tree they never sent anyone to clean up it's been four months our sprinkler has never worked correctly even though we called over a dozen times. These peoples are stupid and unprofessional. Wish I could give zero stars.

Absolutely horrible! If I could give them negative one star I would. Everyone in the front office is terribly rude and they are highly disorganization. Every time you call with a questions you get 7 different answers and they NEVER call you back when they say they will. I called so many times for a leaky pipe repair and it took them so long to send someone out to fix it our carpet had molded. They never fixed anything we asked for, and treated us like they didn't care at all. They were so unbelievably unhelpful. Then after 3 years of living there they told us they wouldn't renew our lease because it was "too complicated". Isn't that your job? I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. If you are looking to rent from them I would look elsewhere. They don't care about their renters at all.

Very professional and attentive to our living needs! Never had any issues, I love the rental home that im currently living in and maintenance is always on time when I need them. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
