While I absolutely love Paramount and love their new menu, I must say that this location is a huge fail. I have given this location 5 or 6 chances, and not a single time have they gotten my order correct! They have forgotten part of my order every single time: either the drinks, or the garlic sauce, and one time, 2 full manakeesh (pizzas)! We really do everything possible to avoid this location now because of the headache and annoyance that’s caused, especially when it’s takeout and you realize the order isn’t complete once you get home.

Went in last weekend was horrified but the blonde managers tone. The employees were helpful to the point of getting the manager. also being cooperative with me with my problem. Manager didn't say why she was ignoring my problem

Went with my family to the restaurant at approximately 4pm on a Saturday, place was mostly empty with an abundance of servers but somehow the service was still incredibly slow. Front of house staff we're literally all standing around twiddling their thumbs. At our table, water did not arrive until 10 minutes after a portion of our order was brought over, something basic as water should be at your table as soon as the order is placed....On top of it, water came in clear solo cups as opposed to glasses. Plates were dirty to top of it off.

They really need to hire better employees or have better training.
My order was placed on the wrong name, took literally 3min to look for my order, even though I repeated it 5 times. 
And I wanted to add a drink, which they gladly took my money for but didn't follow through on the order.
The server that took my order came and claimed her tip but didn't bother to give me the drink nor did I get a receipt.
Pervious to this mess up.
I went with my family and my kid ordered a pizza. Took them 30min to make our pizza. If you have kids you know how much they love pizza, especially with halal pepperoni.
The server gave me attitude and told me they were making the pizza.
I will not be visiting this paramount ever again.

We've been giving paramount many chances hoping the food and services to GE better. The food is good. But inconsistent.  I ordered the fattoush salad and I had pita crumbs not chips as the topping. Waiters will forget to bring you a water. Won't even check on you to refill water. And asking for anything seemed like it was too much to ask for from waiters. Very disappointing.
