I called them around the first week of May expressing interest in their services. Initially I was interested in aeration and advised them if things work out with us and will be interested in more services. I also told them I MUST be home when they do the aeration. I indicated weekdays after 5:30PM and weekends will work great. The person on the phone said no problem and that they will take great care of me. I called back on 5/11 to set up an appointment. They took my info and quoted the price that was on the flyer that was left earlier this year. She said $69, which is the same price on the flyer. Someone called me Monday evening and left a message telling me when they would be here. The message was unclear and could not be understood. I missed the call by a matter of minutes and called right back, but had to leave a message. They called back the next day and I returned their call during lunch. They said someone would be here after 5:30PM yesterday, 5/16/18. Well, no one showed up and no one even showed the respect to call to tell me they won't be here or whatever. I waited until after 8PM and then called them to advise I'm looking for a company that shows respect to a new customer and communicates. I ended my message by saying that I'm no longer interested in their services. They didn't even call me back to say they are sorry and to try to get my business. In closing, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. Unless you like it to have someone waste your time and not show up or even return a call after missing an appointment.

Frustrating We purchased a 5 application lawn program. It was paid for mid March. The first application was to be applied March/April. When I called at the end of April to see when the first application would be made, I was told it would be another few weeks; the same thing we were told when we made the payment. T he advertisement sent to our house does NOT align with the services.

had another company for years. Switched to Naturescapes. My kid is complaining about skin pain after he plays in the grass. They have an x-10 in there I cant find the info on it online, beside a chinese chemical nitrogen extender. Of course they don't have any idea. I do I cancelled them, will go back to the giant. Kyle furry gave himself 5 stars, he is the owners' son. Go figure, bet the other two are workers there also. John Terrence was a Tech/Admin at naturescapes. looked him up on FB still had it listed on 9/29/16 I flagged them as conflict of interest. Fake reviews do not help you all.
