Dr Rizvi has great bedside manner There’s never an issue when scheduling or waiting in the office. The receptionist and MA are super nice as well.
I won’t be going here anymore. The doctor ordered blood work but I had a lapse in my insurance before the results were in. I got a call saying that the doctor wanted to talk to me about my blood work however every time I called to discuss it the doctor wasn’t available. I called for two months straight and left messages for the doctor asking if someone could at least tell me if there was an issue, and no one ever called back. Once my new insurance kicked in I called again and of course the doctor was immediately available. When I finally spoke to the doctor she told me my results were inconclusive and ordered me another test, however when I took the same exact results to another doctor she was able to read them without a problem. More recently I called to schedule an appointment for a vaccination because I will be traveling out of the country. I called once to make the appointment and once to reschedule, everything went fine the women who answered the phone were very nice and accommodating. However, when I called back a couple days later to check the price someone told me this particular vaccine would cost over $300, I was told they don’t carry the vaccine. When I asked why the other women would make the appointment the woman on the phone simply said “I don’t know” and didn’t even offer an apology. If I didn’t happen to call back for the price I would have shown up for my scheduled appointment for absolutely no reason. In addition, I cannot enter the country I’m traveling to without the shot so this could have potentially halted my entire trip!
Went in for an emergency, they scheduled me an appointment for the next day. I reluctantly went back but after waiting for an hour, I left without seeing the doctor. The staff is unfriendly and not at all apologetic about the wait.
I always liked the doctor but the front desk ladies are horrible. They don’t communicate your message to the doctor timely.
Surprised Dr. Rizvi only has 3 stars, I LOVE her she is WONDERFUL!!!!
Very nice. Good with sick appointments and rescheduling.
