Twice I went and twice my time was wasted. The first appointment made was to have a cyst removed. I specifically told the women on the phone that I need a cyst removed. I was told no problem, quick procedure. Once there I was told by the PA I need to make another appointment to meet the surgeon and then a third appointment to have it removed. I work 70 hours a week so this is an issue for me. I agreed if they could do the consultation and removal the same day. I was told no problem. I return a week later for my appointment with Dr. Wrone to be told I don't have an appointment. After they looked harder, I was told I was scheduled for March 3, 2016 (only a year off). The staff couldn't care less. I will never return.

Dr Choi is wonderful..bedside manner is top notch. I have seen her some years ago and then had her see two of my kids. Since then I recently had to be seen again. (Sadly not by Dr Choi) But the quality of the office went downhill. The front end staff is bad. They didn't have change to give me for my co payment and in a round about way hinted I go out and get change. The two front end workers are sitting their talking Spanish loudly to each other. Very very annoying. I understand their is a need for Spanish speaking staff to assist non English speaking patients. But if you not assisting anyone...why are speaking Spanish to each other. A patient who didn't have an appointment that day signed the check clip board. After waiting for 30min the front end told her she didn't have an appointment. Had they been paying attention,they would have notice the patient arrive one day to early for the appointment. They are the first impression this office gets...and the last. They would do well they make sure their doing their job right.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment here for 2 to 3 weeks and am unable to do so. I call, and am put on forever hold. No one returns to the line and I end up hanging up. I have also called several times and am told that they are severely understaffed and they would have to take my name and number and call me back in an hour to schedule an appointment for me. A week later and no call back. I just called again and was told again they are severely understaffed and he would have to take my name number and someone would have to call me back. I told him no on recalled me back last time. he apologized but still would not make an appt for me and told me if have to leave my name and number. 3 weeks later and no appointment. If this is how the business is run, I most certainly do not want to go here. Terrible. Scheduling an appointment should not be this hard. I have no choice but to look elsewhere.

This group is great. Our family has been using this team for years! Jennifer Zimbalist is our preferred dermatologist. She is knowledgeable and pleasant

We have been patients for many years always like the Drs. an Staff But The last two years in has gone down in quality As the Dr is only as good as their staff an They are the first one you see Well in the last 2 years The people who work theer are NASTY !!! ESPECIALLLY THE ONE WHO SCHEDULES DR WRONES PAITIENTS I do not know what her problem is she needs to retire you talk to people like they are beneath you But than there is always Karma I ,my husband my 5 adult an one minor will no longer be patients Sad Drs,. are great !! also dughterin law an friends Hopefully the Dr s will realize the a review of the employees is needed....todays visit room we were placed in had leftover pkg from used wipe NASTY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I
