I've been seeing Dr. Zannella and his associates for various problems (typically of my own creation) for 15+ years - stress fractures, plantar fasciitis, sprained ankles, ingrown nails, infection, etc.). I'm always pleased with the outcome and never feel like I'm being treated like a number or sold a bill of goods. The staff is friendly and the waiting area comfortable. I don't consider going anywhere else.

I found the doctor to be very helpful. I went in for a planters wart. An he burnt it off the same day.

I tried multiple times to make a follow-up appointment on an MRI and was told they didn't have the MRI results. I told them I have the results and the media. the front office told me they will call me when the results come in. I had the results faxed to the Doctor and too me twice 3 days apart. I got both faxes. I found a new podiatrist office and brought in my results. I am happy with the path I am on now. Hope this helps BTW I am still waiting for them to call......

Have visited this Dr. office a few times. Nice updated facility. Doctors are knowledgeable. Sometimes there can be a wait if you want to see a specific doctor. Waiting area is nice and clean but not very big. Overall I would recommend this foot and ankle Dr. Office.

Dr. Purisima is very knowledgeable and is ready to explain your situation in more detail. He is attentive to the patient's needs and can offer quality treatments. The support staff needs lots of work. They are disorganized and inattentive to patient's needs and issues. I have faith that they will work things out and it is not a reason to avoid them. Just be aware, be persistent, and if you can, talk to the doctors when you call. Suggestion for your IT: Get hold music! Anything other than periodic beeps. Especially if your support staff is going to leave you on hold for 10 minutes at a time.
