Got to bank Couple minutes b4 closing, they refused service stating systems are shut down already @1159am. Other banks don't mind staying few mins if the customers are there b4 closing. Very disappointing when you have been a customer over 10yrs

I opened a new checking account and also applied for a credit card, was approved. I noticed it was taking a long time for the debit and credit card to arrive in the mail. Finally, spoke with an after hours customer service agent, and I was told the cards were returned, the home address was incorrect. Can't wait for the bank to open today to hear what the story is.

I've used multiple banks for years, and when it was time to finance a new building to expand my business, I talked to 4 different banks I have relationships with. Comerica came in at the best interest rate, the lowest fees and costs, and a fraction of the paperwork versus their competition. Anytime I'm looking for a loan - I'll to to Gary at Comerica in Coppell. When it comes to working with small business, - they get it.
