Dropped off a textbook rental return on 12/21/2016 at this UPS store.  The staff were "too busy with paying customers" to give me a receipt.  It did not show up in UPS tracking notices as leaving the store until 1/9/2017 and arrived on 1/12/2017, after it was due back on 1/3/2017.  As a result, I was charged for the textbook.  So, what happened between 12/21/2016 and 1/9/2017?  The store personnel don't know, but I have never had this issue when dropping off a UPS package at an "unmanned" UPS dropbox or at a UPS corporate location.  This location is a franchise store, not a UPS corporate location, and as result does not provide the same level of services and professionalism as a corporate USP location.  Note:  Wait for them to give you a drop-off receipt, but if they are "too busy with paying customers" to do so, go to another UPS location, preferably a corporate UPS location.

I have been using this location for years as a mailing address getting all my mail and packages delivered her. Everyone is extremely friendly and provides excellent service.

Everyone in Coppell needs extra special attention because of their high status. This store has had my business and po box for eight years and I have had no problem. Except the rude people in the parking lot.

I wonder why this place has such low rating. Staff, speed and service are all beyond my expectations.

They ask you to wait for notary when there are people behind you and notify that we have to take appointments for notary after 20 min
