Horrible first time experience. I wanted to order online on 2/27 but Last Calls system kept kicking back my gift card. After several attempts I called customer service to learn that there was more than likely a kink in their system. My only choice was to place the order via phone and read out each item number as if I was ordering from the Service Merchandise catalog in 1982. After 30 minutes of my valuable time I receive an email confirmation that my items will arrive at my store as I requested in a 2-3 day window. That would mean 3/2 at the latest. After zero communication from Last Call I investigate and track my order only to find it will not arrive until 3/7. Last Call has the name right. They’d be the last place I’d call to get anything!

LAURIE WORST MANAGER EVER!!!! This women is NASTY and SNEAKY she talks about customers and has the WORST attitude EVERY TIME you asks questions!!! She needs to be FIRED!!! I spend a lot of money in this store and I refuse to be treated like this by her. Doug clean this store up immediately!!! I will be sending letters to corporate too on her also she needs to understand that we patronize this store and this is how she keeps her job!! I have ignored it in the past but, NO MORE enough of this LADY!!!

Go to the off 5th Saks store instead...much better selection..this store is poorly merchandised..

It doesn’t have a lot of good deals. It is just another discounted store. Customer service is not the best that I’ve found on my life. Some of their staff has a little bit of an attitude.

Worst customer service ever! i was not able to get this persons name but she was at the customer service desk today on 05/07/17 at around 12:30pm a blonde older lady. Racist as can be. i will NEVER return to this store because of her.
