Very nice store. There were a huge variety of different shoes and apparels there. The staff were also very friendly and helpful!!

You can always find a bargain here.  I'm here once a month buying shoes, shirts, and workout gear for far less than I would pay at a retail store.

This a factory store so we expect cheaper price but thats not the case here. Prices are almost the same as other stores. They do not carry many varieties in shoes. Limited inventory with poor choice of selection. Short staffed.  Do not expect any discount or coupon at this store.

I went to Nike Factory Store in Sugarloaf Mills. Great experience, customer service by Jerome was exceptional. He is very knowledgeable about shoe industry and asked few questions about my life style and recommend right shoes. I was just visiting but after this I left with one pair of Nike shoe. He went above and beyond to make my experience great.
