Who Doesn't LOVE Saks? I have a long-standing love affair with Saks Fifth Avenue. I have shopped in Saks and in Saks Off Fifth. During my most recent visit, I found bags from Balenciaga, Gucci, and more. You can get newly released items for a discount. I love the clothing and the shoe department. During my most recent visit, Tory Burch handbags were reduced by 80 percent. Do I want a $500 bag for $180? That is a rhetorical question. Of course I do.

I had a bad shopping experience with the lady manager last year. I used to go there a lot. But I won’t go there any more, I called the customer service to complain what happened on me, unfortunately, the customer service said there is only one way to complain the shop is to talk to the manager! But I just want to complain the manager! That means I have no place to complain at all ! Bad management and bad attitude to client. No respect at all. I think the lady manager is a racist. I saw so many bad reviews about her on yelp and google, I don’t know why the company still keep her. Manager supposed to be a good role model of the staffs, but she definitely is not!

Usually I don't complain, but the store manager is horrible. I wanted to make a return, and she said if there's no receipt there's no return. I understand that every company has their policy, and I said typically if there's no receipt you can refund a store credit, and in my case , I need to exchange to a half-size up for the shoes. She said let me work with this customer first, so I waited over there, after she finished two customers. I asked, when are you going to take care of me. She shouted NO RECEIPT NO RETURNS. So If she won't take care of the customer, why asking them to wait in the first place?
