I literally used to LOVE this place and come here daily, but I don’t know what the heck happened but their smoothies are absolutely disgusting now. I got a berry banana smoothie and it tastes like Tar or Gasoline. I took 1 sip and had to instantly throw it away.  This store needs professional staff desperately and people that care about the business. Whoever the management is needs to just run it themselves because this was a HORRIBLE experience and it’s really sad because like I said I was a regular at Nekter and loved it. Won’t be returning to this location that’s for sure.

I came in only to wait about 10 minutes maybe longer to even order. There was only 1 young man working today. Despite the fact that he had to run the store on his own he was calm, professional and efficient. Whoever owns or oversees this location must do better and employ the right staff and give these employees a good managing team. I love Nekter and the vibe it tries to have, but the customer nor employees clearly are not valued. This wait is unacceptable. Do better and show that you care about this store, the employees and its customers. Terron was amazing in spite of the circumstances.

Awful business hours. What business doesn’t have a standard start time? I’m here for a business trip and went out to get my entire team of 20 smoothies and this place says it’s open on Google, but I show up and they are closed. Apparently they open when they feel like. Good, I’d rather give my money to a business with standards. The equinox across the street was open and served my entire team great smoothies. Avoid this location if you respect your time.

Okay so, I usually don’t take the time to write reviews : especially not bad ones : but in this case an exception is being made. My friend and I wanted to get a quick smoothie before our drive home and this place had no line and we decided to go. The employee serving us was obviously high and obviously new and there was one other coworker there at the beginning of our trip, but he left pretty quickly. The employee literally could not make our smoothies and it took approximately 20 min for us to get our two smoothies despite being ~the only customers~ when we arrived. At one point he asked us, the literal customers, if his coworker was still there.. like what.. One more lady arrived while we were waiting and then since it took so long, she asked for a refund we did too honestly but he said no and ours were technically being made so we waited it out. I felt so bad for her though because he hadn’t even started hers and he gave her so much sass and wouldn’t give her the refund. When we finally did receive our drinks he passed them off with a “just take your drinks bro” and when we asked which was which, he looked at us and said “one is pink and one is purple” and wouldn’t tell us which drink was which lol. I couldn’t make this up if I tried. This was 3:30pm on Tuesday Nov 22nd so hopefully someone can Uh.. train or otherwise converse with this employee.. if this guy was a new employee then they need to be trained better and also have someone else on staff until the employees can handle being left on their own. Also maybe they should be sober. Okay that’s all.

Don’t go here! The bowl tasted fine, but the service and speed are awful. Not only did they mess up orders, they completely forgot one of ours and when we asked to get a refund for it taking so long over 45 minutes, they told us it was our fault for coming in during rush hour?! Super rude staff and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time!

If you have self-respect, DO NOT GO THERE! I wish I had read these reviews before going. Now I read the reviews and feels like they were written by me. The guy who was accepting the orders and preparing the food was seemingly under influence. Unfortunately, I noticed this once I had already paid for my order. It took extremely long to prepare our acai bowls even though we were the only customers - he was so slow that at some point I wasn't even sure whether he was conscious and aware of his surroundings. When finally picking up our bowls, he said one ingredient was missing because they didn't have it saying this after I had paid for it. There were some other ingredients missing which he probably forgot. The end was even more ridiculous: when we finally got our bowls and were going to sit down and eat in quiet, he kicked us out, saying that the place was closing - even though the place closes at 7 and it was just 4:30ish. I have traveled the world and never seen anything like this, EVER.  P.S. To be fair, the bowl was not as bad as I expected after all these. That's why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.

I typically love nektar. Always need it after a night out. Unbelievably loud explicit rap playing at this location to the point where I had to wait outside. The employees making the smoothies did not know their product or ingredients - they were out of agave and when I asked what a good substitute might be they did not know or have one, and turned what is normally a delicious smoothie into an undrinkable concoction

I hate leaving bad reviews on businesses especially during this time but this is probably one of the worst juice bars I’ve been to in my life. I’ve come here multiple times and my smoothie tasted terrible. The customer service is soooo bad and the workers look at you like your an inconvenience to them just by being there. I went in today and there was no line and I waited 10 minutes before the worker behind the counter told me “ sorry but we are closing early today” after having me wait 10 minutes and on top of that you are closing at 3pm when you guys close at 7? Unacceptable.. Better off going to Erewhon for a smoothie even though they are on the expensive side Quality over Quantity.

One star is too high for this place. The worst juice I shave ever tasted, took forever to get 2 juices, the staff was literally looking at the ingredient chart while making the juices. I usually write positive reviews, but this place is special.

Guys, Im coming all this week to this location and I’m just surprised the way how this place it’s been managed …. in door it’s says that will be open at 7AM , in Yelp is says 9AM but I they never open in Time !!. Now again ! … is9:30 AM and people is waiting and this place is closed .  to the admin of this place, Dear manager/ franchise owner /etc…. Is you don’t give a dam to serve this community please leave and live tus space to someone else ready to serve my Comunitty and specially respect the business schedule and the neighborhood.
