Very nice cafe, brightly decorated and super clean. Lorenzo is fabulous, friendly and helpful. The fresh juice was delicious, cappuccino perfect and my breakfast burrito was on point, flavorful and great size portion.  Not to mention prices are great! Highly recommend. We will be back:

I have been here twice so far and the food is beyond delicious and fresh!! The hot chocolate drink with oat milk was so creamy and delicious, and all the food that we’ve had there tasted so fresh. Super reasonable prices and amazing staff. They also make juices/smoothies which I haven’t tried yet but look really good. Will be back here again for sure!

Oaxacan food is an elevated form if Me Ivan food - more refined sauces and unique products I.e. small chilies and grasshoppers.  So glad we discovered Yagul Cafe.  The fish tacos were delightful with hand made corn tortillas.  The chili  rellenos were small 2, nicely spicy and stuffed with cheese.  The grasshoppers were delightful with their red sauce .  Definitely coming back here again .

Honestly, I did not want to write a review about this great location as it will then get too busy : The food is tasty, plenty, quite cheap, fast delivered … what you want more. The restaurant is clean, even the toilet . Lorenzo served us and was very friendly, clearly experienced and was cleaning the whole time after everything he prepared behind the counter. Love it.

Oaxaca in Santa Monica!! So good! I came for breakfast and could not have enjoyed it more. The moca chocolate came from Oaxaca and was uniquely good! I had the breakfast sandwich, wonderful! The service could not have been better, very kind,  Adela is very special!!

Delicious home style food. Superb service, the girl working there was very nice. Clean and bright space. If you haven't tried Oaxacan chocolate before, definitely get it. The do make it in-house. I also had a breakfast burrito so good. Fresh fuit was a sweet bonus. I was on a short trip to LA and needed to find a good cafe that wouldn't have queues in the morning. I am so glad I found Yagul. The breakfast was filling, so I didn't have to look for lunch or even dinner that day.

I’ve been wanting to try this local spot for a while. I’m glad I came in! I loved the coffee because it has some cinnamon or spices in. The orange juice is freshly squeezed, too. The breakfast scramble was great with sausage and potatoes. Great salsa, too. The food is homemade and service is very friendly. I think it’s family run and feels great to eat there. I felt it was great value for the service and quality of food.

I like this place a lot. The vibe is very homey, understated, not a chain, and everyone is friendly. The juice options are no joke either, they make it fresh. Try the grapefruit and orange hot juice, amazing. Breakfast burrito was solid. I'll definitely be back.Food: 5/5

What a blessing to have found this authentic and very delicious place as I was walking by! I love supporting place like Yagul, the quality of food is amazing, the music is great, the staff is kind, will come by often for sure! I got the vegetarian enchiladas and feel good drink, so yummy!!!

Delicious Oaxaca fare, kind and quick service, great location, and a good spot for brunch or anytime.  Good options for vegetarians, loved the chilaquiles and dirty horchata.
