All of 'Team Chevy' at Gunderson Chevrolet done great as usual. Dan in Sales nailed it, Anson in finance hit the mark, Gary in Acquisition got the perfect vehicle, and Shawn in Purchasing even found additional savings. My wife and I will enjoy our new 2016 Silverado 3500HD LTZ Duramax as we travel with our RV in tow. This makes the fourth vehicle we have purchased from 'Team Chevy' and always look forward to the the welcome feeling we get when we roll in whether its for a service or just to visit. We would recommend that you give these folks a shot on your next car or truck

EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE at Nels Gunderson Chevy and Osseo Ford did a great job helping my wife and I with this latest transaction.  For this deal Shawn Pederson was my main contact point. My wife and I have dealt with Shawn on several transactions in the past so I knew we were in good hands. Switching from Ford to Chevy or as I use to call it The Dark Side was hard enough to swallow in itself, but Shawn was there every step of the way for us. 
  Every question big and small I fired at Shawn was answered in such response that we felt we were his only customer.  I've dealt with the Ford side of Nels Gunderson/Osseo Ford for years.  Spec Pederson, Shawn Pederson and Jeff Lebrick  have been AWESOME!  We always felt at home and respected/treated as their only customer. 
  I can honestly say that on this latest transaction EVERYONE we dealt with on the Nels Gunderson Chevy side was just as great!  A big thank you to Gary Settersten who was warm and welcoming every time we step foot in the door. Anson McCune in finance who has a great sense of humor and was awesome to work with.  Terri Johnson and the parts dept. for doing a great job of securing the parts requested for this purchase. To the entire service dept. for our last min add on's and for dropping everything to install those parts at the last min. And last but not least to Todd LaDuke for walking us through the in's and out's of the new truck.  

If you want a true customer satisfaction experience you can't beat the fine folks at either Nels Gunderson Chevy or Osseo Ford.  In 20 years of buying my wife and I have never been treated or made to feel more at home then we have at Nels/Osseo Ford and for the consumer that wants the best deal for their hard earned dollar the fine folks at Nels/Osseo Ford are a the best team around!

Nels Gunderson Chevrolet

I've known and have been buying cars from Nels Gunderson Chevrolet since 1997.  Over the years, I have bought or leased several SUV's, and Cars, both new and used.  Nels' team go out of their way to make the buying experience painless and the least time consuming as possible.   Once you identify a car you want, they typically take care of the all the paperwork and have it ready for signing and driving.  With time as a premium, Nels Gunderson is an easy choice when you need your next vehicle.  

I would recommend anyone to try Nels Gunderson Chevrolet as they take care of their customers.   They have kept me coming back for 18 years, which I expect to continue for along time to come.
