Please, I beg of you don't take any jewelry you care about here! I took an heirloom ring in to have a new head put in, some sizing and a ruby added. Only 4 months later the prongs had already broken, thinking this was a fluke I brought it back along with a sapphire ring that needed new prongs. When I returned to pick them up the heirloom piece had the antique washed out and there was a giant scratch in my rather large sapphire. This ring ment the world to me! The response I got from Sarah was that I just hadn't noticed it Before! I had to pay just to get my now damaged ring back!! Never again will I enter those doors. Oh and when I asked for the name of the person who damaged my ring she refused to give it to me.

I proposed to my girlfriend with a ring from the 1940s that was my great grandmothers. It was originally purchased from Nelsons. Originally I took it to Kay and Zales Jewlers to get it cleaned and resized but they told me to put it in a box and buy something new. I took it to Nelsons and they cleaned it up with a smile on their face. It seriously looks brand new. Nelsons has my business.

Depending on the day you might get treated with respect and others you will be slapped in the face with insults. These people prey on women and will screw you over. Also only if you have money to spend will they treat you with respect. I was selling silver coins which I knew was 90% silver but was told they where only 80%. HELLO it is only made in 90% for that year. Do yourself the favor and if you are selling any silver coins go to Stagg's in Kent they will treat you way better and not treat you like joke and screw you over!

Although I've had my battery changed from my watch here before, when I came in today, I told the gentleman at the watch repair station that I needed my battery replaced. He looked at me whilst eating and with his mouth full said, "Give me a minute." To which my reply was, "How long do you need?" he looked at me as if I had offended him by asking home such a question and again, with a mouth full of food said, "Fifteen minutes". Although I do think that you should take a lunch break, I think it should be done away from the customers. No one wants to see you masticate and be rude at the same time. I probably will not go here again.
