LIFE TIME CUSTOMER GUARANTEED. If you want an insurance agent who will take care of your needs and look out for your best interest, Nena Soto's State Farm Agency is the place to go. Nena was able to help me find some hidden fees applied to my loan which would have met spending unnecessary money and paying interest on a loan amount I should have not been paying to begin with when I purchased my car at a dealership. I am forever grateful that I was able to save over $2400 when I agreed to let her beat the dealership's interest rate. That saved me and additional amount per month on a lower interest rate. I now have my car loan, car insurance and home insurance policy being serviced by her office. The greatest part about that is I received additional discounts for having her agency service all three products.

I have been a customer of Nena Soto since 2014, and I will never switch. She has been an amazing agent as well as a great person. Nena and the staffs are always a pleasure to speak with and go above and beyond to assist my needs. I would highly recommend her as your future insurance agent.

Nena and the staff have always been great! When our car was hit, they took the time to walk us through the process.  I was really glad my wife listened to Nena when it came to purchasing the rental insurance and coverages.  It's one of those things you don't want to pay for but glad you did when someone hits your car and takes off.  Thanks again for everything!!!

My car was stuck at a major intersection. I called the road side service for State Farm and they sent me a tow truck and also dispatched a police officer to my aid to make sure I was safe while I waited for the tow truck. Thanks to Nena Soto and her staff for making sure I was accurately and fully covered for any emergency 100% satisfied client!
