I can't say enough nice things about this State Farm office. The staff is always very friendly and helpful; the quality of service is truly excellent. I have been customer for over ten years and in that time have had many changes in my life, teenage drivers, death of parents, etc. Trish and the rest of the staff have been very supportive and always taken the time to answer all my questions, make sure I have the insurance coverage that I need, and to help when I have needed to make claims. They're absolutely outstanding.

Hi;
I have been a customer of Bill Coats and State Farm for 42 years. I started with State Farm and I will stay State Farm. Bill's office has a GREAT STAFF-Trish Anderson is great at what she does because she knows the insurance business very well. Plus she gets to know each and every client that she takes care of. 
Well I could go on and on about how great they are-but I think that you get the idea.

You will receive excellent customer service from this office. It gives me peace of mind to know that I have knowledgable representatives like Trish that I can call if I have any insurance questions.

Dear Livia, It has been a pretty awful two weeks, first the break-in and theft, and then the car accident which was so scary. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the kindness, caring, responsiveness, and professionalism of you, your staff, and the claims people at State Farm. I have just been amazed by how quickly and efficiently everything has been processed and handled, how wonderful everyone has been, from the first phone calls to your office, the immediate calls from the claims offices, and everything that has happened afterwards. I know that insurance is a business, with a profit motive and all, but you and your colleagues give me faith in the idea that you truly make a difference in the lives of people when they are most stressed. I want to thank you so sincerely, as well as everyone else who has been involved in this process. Please feel free to share with your colleagues my incredible satisfaction with the extraordinary service you have provided-at a time when I've felt most vulnerable. Most gratefully, Jeffrey

My State Farm agent Bill M Coats, delivered fantastic customer service during a really complicated and stressful time. I was involved in an auto accident along with my father and sister, and Mackenzie M Tuttle assisted us in our case and with my claim. She always was quick to email me or call me back and remember my name and my case; this made me feel important and cared about as a customer. This type of customer service is often lost in a time of automated message systems, but it looks like excellent customer care like Mackenzie M Tuttle's is still central to the values of StateFarm insurance. I just wanted to write an email thanking and praising Mackenzie M Tuttle and StateFarm Insurance. Thank you for being there.
