THIS IS AN EDIT TO A ONE STAR REVIEW!!! My gosh cant say enough about how responsive there management team was! I would highly recommend them they have great pricing and awesome customer service. Even though I had a minor issue they fixed it right away and went as far to send out management to meet me. Thanks Neptune! You guys rock!!!

We are satisfied with the services Neptune Plumbing & Heating recently performed. The technicians are courteous and knowledgeable. The office staff are friendly and accommodating. Service call appointments were on time with a telephone call to confirm that the technician was on his way.
We recommend Neptune Plumbing & Heating to anyone.

I'd highly recommend using Neptune.  My grandma had two emergency repairs within a week and they came through quickly on both.  Both repairs (a toilet and a faucet) were done fairly and the job was not oversold.  I would definitely use them again.
