Kurtis L. (1219) was awesome. For starters they were prompt which was ideal for my kitchen situation considering I was on dinner duty. Kurtis diagnosed and got right to the issue with no delays. A1 experience

Absolutely efficient and reliable service. Technician Lal (2955) was able to identify the problem immediately, and was able to provide plan A and plan B to fix the problems. Truly impeccable work that deserves the high accreditations that the company already receives!

Randy 613 from Roto rooter came and worked on our drain pipe in cold weather. But he took his time and showed us the clogged areas using a scope. He worked for a long time until all the clogged areas were completely clear. The drain pipe was very clean in the end. I recommend this company
