Service is quick and accurate. A wide assortment of food, of varied types - burger, salads, egg over various stuff. Some of it is very good, some of it is very odd (a pickled strawberry?!), some of it isn't wonderful. The brioche bun for the burger fell apart under the weight of the burger and toppings - still tasted good, but it was spoon food. Their idea of cheesy grits is more like a soup - makes it hard to eat the egg on top, and very difficult to pull the tails off the shrimp (we needed tongs or something). The garlic rice, however, was glorious; the french fries were slim, crispy and delicious. The coffee and chai were also excellent. I hope they get things smoothed out and stick around.

They do the basics well.  I had "the standard"  which was 2 eggs, bacon, hash brown and home made bread.  I liked it.  The hash brown was like a hockey puck of fried potatoes.  Very good.  Wait was a bit too long (seating and serving).  I would recommend this place to friends.

We went two days in a row. Food is excellent! Best hamburger I think I've ever had Sat., and best bacon I've ever had Sunday. Is very popular already, as it's been discovered, so, prepare for a wait. Most food locally sourced and lovingly prepared. Pleasant atmosphere. Avoid ordering the Arnold Palmer lemonade or sweet iced tea. $4.00 for a tiny glass​ and NO refills! Do their own baking.

Wish I could give five stars but I think they need to rethink some of their menu items.  Not a fan of their shrimp and grits unfortunately (too sweet).  However, their waffles are my favorite!  The waffles aren't too sweet and they top it with honey and ricotta cheese and seasonal fruit and edible flowers.  I heard good things about their fried chicken and would definitely go to Neptune's again.  They also have a great environment and friendly staff.

Great brunch. Easy to find parking. No wait. Outdoor seating. Unisex restroom.
