At Nevada Chicken Cafe we are all about eating great, fresh, and healthy food. We specialize in mesquite chicken and ribs with homemade fresh side orders. We use fresh and never frozen chickens and ribs for all of our dishes. We choose only the finest quality ingredients to prepare our food fresh daily in our kitchen. Our signature mesquite charcoal and rotisserie chickens and ribs are marinated with our special recipe and roasted (or grilled) to perfection everyday. We serve gourmet wraps with daily fresh cut ingredients and fresh tossed salads.
