Organized & Fast ===== I made an appointment online. Do not go to any DMV office without an appointment as they push your walk-in time back hours and hours to accommodate appointments. They whipped me through the office within 20 minutes of arrival. Great service. Will go back to this location. Lots of parking and a friendly staff.

Be careful with the not smart dash pass. It will say appointments for today while it loads the times available. But when the times available load the top will change from today to another time and date.

The older asian lady at the stand when you first walk in was horribly rude. She didn't even give me a chance to fully ask her a question before she directed me somewhere else. I mistook my appointment for that day instead of next week when it actually was, and the lady at the counter was very nice about it, and even set me up to be seen later on that day. When I came back later, Siya (not sure about the spelling) helped me square away what I needed help with. Despite all of the chaos around us, she was super friendly and calm while helping me out. This place is ridiculously busy, so if you don't have an appointment, you might as well block off the rest of your day just to wait in line.

MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! I made an appointment, showed up on time, and they got me in and out so fast. If you show up without an appointment, be prepared to wait a long time! You get put into a queue but those who have appointments are added to the very top of the queue as they come in for their appointments, making the wait longer. Honestly, don’t pay attention to the reviews complaining about the wait time... it’s the DMV, of course there’s going to be a long wait without an appointment, what’d y’all expect?! Haha but seriously, appointments are a lifesaver.

Made an appointment. Got plates and driver license as first time resident. Out in 30 minutes. I don't get all the complaints. 90% of life is preparation. Also, to answer every question posted on here, they have a website, utilize it properly.
