I just had the most awesome experience at the DMV on Decatur. It's Dec. 23, on a Saturday. I got there about 15 minutes before it opened. The line was already more than 100 people! And yet I was finished by 8:18am!!!
Everyone was so pleasant and efficient. Merry Christmas!!!

I have never had to wait all that long when I have gone to this location. It's a nice building, clean, and they work hard. There are plenty of employees with plenty of windows open. I have difficulty standing and sitting for long periods of time, and I did just fine. So can you.

Got here at 9:30 A.M. 5 hours later I am still here. Waiting.....FOREVER! Never use to be this slow but now its just horrible. You wait in a line and then after about an hour of that you wait 5 or 6 more hours just to do what you need to do. The people are friendly but come on, open more offices or something.

Great experience, I went on Dec 26th. The lines were longer than expected, but I waited just like everyone else. There were no fighting, arguing or complaining that I could see. 

I was called to the window, conduct my business and was gone within 15 maybe 20 minutes. The staff that assisted  me did so in s professional manner. Great job!

This DMV does not have the disabled line clearly marked. I went into the wrong line. Even with that they took 15 people before one disabled person in the disabled line. Took more people before the next. Had no one at the disabled desk. When I asked the woman what about the disabled i was told I needed to be in the line where they were not calling anyone. So I moved. Plus she said it in a very rude manor. I asked for a supervisor and none were available. Finally I was called to the desk. What calling a supervisor prompted thwm to become ADA compliant? Next thing I knew someone was at the disabled desk but no supervisor. My minor child though can walk with a cane can not stand for long periods of time. On top of that they did not give me a form to fill out while waiting all for a state ID. Plus the numbers in the ADA line only 5 of them were not moving 30 minutes after sitting down. It is quite irritating that a state DMV office cares so little for elderly and handicapped. While waiting for both a supervisor and our turn numbers started getting put in front of ours. Still no supervisor. Still no one from the ADA line being called to a desk. Is this even legal I wonder?
