People answering the phone are cold, rude and robots. If they're like that, i can only imagine the service our veterans are receiving in person. TRULY SHAMEFUL!!!

The doctors and nurses were very nice. I have been to the emergency room 3 times and have always gotten good service. The place is always very clean!

The VA Pharmacy does not listen to the patients and do as they will. If they tell you one thing and do another. This is no acceptable. Shame on you VA Pharmacy.

Hours posted to web do not match actual hours of service. Recommend calling a couple times (at different times because each pers gives different answer). I came by for a walk in service (you can't make appt) that says M-F 8:00 to 3:00. But not today ... or last week Wednesday.... two long bus trips. I get some times things happen that stop service availability but twice in less than a week. Hmm. Otherwise clinical service was fine for me.

Whatever you do - do not bring your relative to this hospital. My father has been waiting for bladder cancer surgery for 8 months and they do not have a qualified doctor on staff. He has had several admissions for infections and when questioned in Jan about swelling in his leg, they said it was due to medication, when questioned in Fed again about swelling in the leg, they said it was due to lower lumbar arthritis, questioned again today and they said he has a blood clot. Getting his transferred out of this hospital today. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! If I could give 0 stars I would. They deserve negative stars.
