I had my check cut off as i moved from another state to Las Vegas. A simple process of turning on my benifits has become a nightmare. I am homeless and i told the clerk at SSI so, and gave him a valid address. He forgot the apartment number that i told him 3 times. I specifically said do not forget the apartment number. So my 3-5 business day wait starting on feb. 8th is still going on the 21st. Of course they were closed yesterday, and decided to close up shop at 12 today. So now i am homeless, cold and starving with enough money to change all that floating in the ether because the employee who handled my case fumbled it epicly. Thanks for making the entire month of febuary a living hell. Do youself a favor, find another SS office if possible.

I went in to report identity thief ,went to window 2 at 10.00am on 6/09/2017,this lady snapped at me, very rude, she said why are you here, I said because the police report told me to tell SS because my check is deposit every month, she told me I had to go some where else, I said ok do you want me to go else where, she said no wait a min. than she sent me to window 8 this lady was great , she did what the police dept. told me to do ,I had the worst experience this day nothing is good here ,long lines down the street in my 63 years in Vegas area this was worst ever, I plan on writing the gov.

thay never paid me my money i went in they said call back mon or Tuesday and now they tellibg me i still have to wait for somthing mz ramirez didnt not help me i been calling rhem,all,day,and i still haveing not got my benifits for this month of june the 6 2017 and i need to pay my rent tommorow it is 11:18 am and im still calling them idk what to do i dont gave a way there because i live so far anyone please help me im going to be homeless in the morning
