Nevada Ear, Nose, Throat and Hearing Associates is Northern Nevada’s premier medical practice for the treatment of ear, nose and throat and hearing conditions. At Nevada ENT andHearing, we believe in a team approach to patient care. The doctor and patient work together to treat the patients ear, nose and throat issues. Drs. Mathis, Johnson, Meier, Panelli, Van Duyne, Zamboni and Killeen have been serving the Reno/Sparks and Lake Tahoe communities for many years. They are experienced otolaryngologists who specialize in ear, nose and throat diseases and facial concerns. They spend most of their time listening to understand patient concerns and responding with the best treatment options. With the help of their experienced, professional staff they will also follow up to make sure that issues are resolved and patient health is optimized.

Wish i could give them no stars.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Showed up for an appointment  at the address provided and after an hour wait was informed we were at the wrong location. Was charges a $25 no show fee even though we had in fact showed up.

The ladies on the phone should look for another career. Customer service is something they have no idea about.

EDIT/UPDATE.

My daughter was finally seen and the coordinator apologized for all of the inconveniences and did not charge us for the visit.

The Doctor my daughter seen was amazing, so my wife said, so my conclusion is:

Customer service needs some work but the Doctors are knowledgeable, caring and are very good at what they do.

I dropped off my hearing aids to get the tube replace. I waited 2-3 hours for a phone call. I got no call so I showed up before they closed. They had not touched my hearing aids so I asked for it back. They decided to look at it last minute to tell me they don’t have tubing. What a moron. Every audio location have the tubing because my hearing aids are the most updated ones today. Their service was very rude. I would recommend any new customers to go to silver state hearing in Reno. They have the best service. They will fix your hearing aid at the spot without any appointment.

I have suffered for over 20 years with chronic sinusitis.  In 1997 I had the major sinus surgery. It was so painful and took weeks to recover. But finally I was referred to Dr. Meier and he did surgery on the left sinus where he found a fungus ball that has caused all my problems for 20 years! The surprising part is I felt better the day after the surgery than when I went in. It was nothing like the surgery 20 years ago. Norhing! Also, I've never had a doctor call me himself to check on me. Dr. Meier called to explain everything. I am finally getting well and I have Dr. Meier to thank.

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. My sister is going in for surgery to remove what is likely thyroid cancer. Prior to surgery, she had to consult with an ENT per her surgeon.  After a 2 hour wait,  Dr. Mathis basically spent 8 minutes with her and asked, "So what's my role in this?" Are you kidding me? If you don't know your roll, maybe you shouldn't be a Dr. Maybe you need to contact the referring physician, rather than asking the patient?!?!

Thank you Dr. Mathis and Nevada E N T.  For over 60 yrs I’ve struggled with allergies, sneezing and sinus problems, in July Dr. Mathis corrected several problems, including a severe nasal deviation. WOW what a huge difference!! This is the first fall allergy season and It’s been delightful. No draining, sneezing, coughing and hacking. Thank you so very much, I feel more alive everyday.
