This place absolutely does not care about helping people, it is apparent in their behavior and attitudes

If you don't mind dealing with incompetent and rude office staff and waiting for 3 hours then this place is fine. I never even got to see the psychiatrist and they had to reschedule my appointment because they overbooked. Absolutely awful, staff is completely insensitive to the needs of the patients.

absolutely AWFUL. Made an appointment 12 days in advance and tried to confirm it today, only to have the receptionists not even let me finish saying the patients name without questioning me about my insurance, and how there isn't an appointment there for me when i didn't even finish saying my name. Then, when the first lady got too upset that i wanted to check on my appointment, she gave the phone to a man named "greg" who asked me how he can help me. I told him "Hello, I'm trying to confirm my appointment today. The other lady refused to even let me talk before insisting that there was no appointment then carried on about what insurance I have. Is it really that hard to just check to see what time my appointment is?" to which he immediately said "goodbye" then hung up, and when i tried to call back they picked up the phone and hung it up, each time i called. I've never experienced receptionists so idiotic and rude in my entire life. Amazing. 10/10 would go if you want to be talked down to 100% of the time. that is, If you can get them to stay on the phone long enough to get an appointment.
