The folks at New Balance are wonderful to deal with they're very friendly and knowledgeable. They put a lot of effort into making sure you get the proper sneaker for your foot. They all spend all the time it takes to ensure a comfortable proper fit. I purchased a pair of $230 sneakers there including their custom orthotics. My my feet feel good and I got a great pair of sneakers. I highly recommend anyone of their locations

I wear a large shoe, size 16. So it is usually a hassle for me to find something that fits well. I was searching for 2 days to find a shoe as usual, before checking this store. I'm so glad I went in. Not only did they have a few shoes that fit, but the customer service was above and beyond what I have ever experienced in a shoe store. Allie was very friendly! And as we chatted about shoes, i found out her father and sister both work there as well. It is so nice to have found a place, that is family run, and makes you feel like a friend rather than a target, or sales goal while you shop. I used to have to resort to online shopping to find shoes, and it was such a pain to return things that didn't fit quite well. Not anymore! I've found my new go-to for shoe shopping!

Geoff and his staff are courteous and friendly. They are experts at finding the perfect shoe for you.  Both long distance runners and neighborhood strollers will be extremely happy with this store.   I have been a customer for over eight years and would not go anywhere else.   Quality fitting and service make for very happy feet.

Cannot say enough about the staff and quality of service showed to my daughter and myself during our visits there. From the attention to detail for inserts for her shoes to their honesty in what would benefit her orthopedic needs. The staff were unbelievably attentive and helpful! I highly recommend!

I have been a customer at this store for years. I love this place. They have a large selection of styles in stock and if they don't have it they will get it for you. The prices are New Balance prices. New Balance is a quality product made in the USA.  I don't know where that reviewer got their info about them being overpriced.  The staff is also very knowledgeable about the products and always ready to help. This IS my store for footwear
