Had a great experience with this store. Took my longboard there when it wasn't functioning properly and the guy who was there (Dylan?) spent a good amount of time making sure he figured out exactly what was wrong with it, fixed me up with some new trucks and now it's better than brand new. Super nice and helpful.

My mans Dylan who was working the store at the time was super chill. He approached us kindly even though we were poser skaters wanting to buy griptape,  stickers, and bearings. Highly suggest going to Zumiez again. It was a great experience.

I had a great experience. I bought a hoodie for my boyfriend from there he liked it but weirdly enough isn't a fan of the store simply because it's a "skater" store, whatever, but I went back and returned it and the same guy was there and he was very nice just like the day before and while there I forgot to ask how long the money took to go back into the account so I called that night and the guy I spoke to was just so nice and made sure I was taken care of. I will definitely be going back there for stuff for myself because I on the other hand do like the store lol!
