Had to exchange a pair of shoes today and the service could not have been better!  The friendly associates help you find things, offer to check the computer for a different size at another store, etc.!  I don't know who's doing the hiring here but they are doing a great job!  Superb customer service!

We stopped in at lunchtime today.  Young man with a scruffy beard waited on us.  First 3 pair of shoes I picked out they didn't have my size.  When I questioned why he said it was a popular size.  Why I asked him why they didn't order more of that size, the told me the best thing to do is order online.  Wow.  Sure makes you want to shop here, doesn't it?

Their 990 series shoes are definitely worth the price. Pleasant service too.

Full retail price.  You can find New Balance stuff at discount shoe stores or Amazon for less money.

The employees are always helpful but the prices are sky high and my most recent pair fell apart in 6 months. Due to the low quality of products I cannot recommend.
