The staff is always asking questions to help you out! They are very respectful and help you pick out the perfect shoe. Also, the clothes are very nice! It's a little crammed if it's busy but it's not too terribly bad.

I give this store a big fat zero. My in laws took my daughter there for her graduation gift, she picked a pair of shoes that needed to be ordered. She repeated our address to the clerk and spelled it for them. My daughter just received the shipping notice email and it is not the correct address. She phoned the store and they said there was NOTHING they could do for her that they could not reroute the FEDEX delivery. I call BS!!! I am a fed ex customer and re route deliveries all of the time, they just dont want to correct their error, they didnt even offer her a refund, stealing from a child!! SHAME ON YOU VANS IN COTTONWOOD MALL!! Trust me, your corporate office is my next phone call. If I could give zero stars I would, but google requires at least one to post a review.
