My experience at this New Balance store was awesome. Their store is clean and the employees are kind, friendly, and VERY helpful. I was nervous about being my non-new balance shoes into a New Balance store for help, but all they did was tell me how great of a choice I made on my shoe and didn’t try to sell me on anything. 10/10. Very impressed

Butch, Mark, and all the employees here are incredible! If you are a runner, you definitely need to come in and see these guys. They are thorough with their customer care, complete experts of all things New Balance, and will personalize your experience so you can feel completely confident in selecting the right footwear and apparel!

Honestly was tentative going in, as I had seen horrible reviews on Yelp! about this store. They do not hold up IN THE SLIGHTEST! 

Went in to get new sneakers with my mother and was greeted within 5 minutes of coming in, despite several other customers being present and being attended to. We were helped by Tricia, who was absolutely amazing. She sized and quickly pointed out that my mother not only had wide feet, which we both have and it makes shoe shopping torture, but she also assessed that she might even need an extra wide. With that in mind, Tricia asked the level of activity my mom participated in and suggested a shoe. She mentioned that this shoe had a larger toe box, and therefore my mother could probably be comfortable in a normal wide. They fit. First try. My mom was thrilled. The whole scenario took ONLY 20 minutes, yet again, a miracle for someone with wide feet.

Honestly so very impressed with the amount of technical knowledge Tricia showed, and also her obviously natural lean towards customer service. I am now convinced that the hike from Apex is WELL worth the trip.

Gary was a big help.  I wanted the same shoes again but the style was changed and they were too tight in the toe box.  Gary offered to order another same shoe to see if it fit better.  He also suggested another different shoe that he thought would fit better.  He took a long time with me and finally I took his suggestion and bought the shoes he suggested.  

I am very pleased with the new shoes.  Thanks Gary.  

I will be back again.  I have recommended this store to friends that have also bought from this store.

Went in to kill some time and employees were exceptionally rude because my kids were running around getting into stuff. 
Anyone with multiple kids should know what I'm talking about, give me a break!
