WORST COMPANY I EVER WORKED - The Company is focused on aggressively acquiring brands and pleasing its own upper management. At Implus you get the sense that everyone is replaceable and the employees' ideas have no value. - When they hire someone he/she does not receive proper training; and when they don't perform well they are terminated through no fault of their own. - There is no chance for advancement and a huge gap between upper and lower management. - Management does not listen to their workforce and has no clue of the pulse of the people. -HR Vice President is arrogant, disrespectful to employees and very biased. He calls women paranoid when they try to protect their privacy in the rest rooms. He would rather count the cars entering the parking lot at 8 AM then trying to improve the morale in his building.

This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. Although, my experience with this dept. does not speak for the entire company. I was recently hired as a Customer Service rep. I was fired because I wasn’t catching on fast enough but I was only given 3 days. Well 2 actually,considering the director, manager,and supervisor of my dept. were all in meetings the first day. I wasn't given clear job expectations, a daily task list, nor was I properly trained. I was briefly trained on mail and that's what I did the entire time.The third day, I was fired and they waited moments after I left the bldg. to inform my recruiter.I was then told I'd have to pick up my belongings from my recruiter, which happened to live in a different city. As if firing me after 3 days wasn't a big enough inconvenience. While I was there a coworker left a bag of trash at my desk, the same day another coworker took one of my boxes then left everything inside,at my desk. The coworker they assigned to train me was very difficult to work with. If I asked a question she would respond with a pompous attitude but insisted on helping me. During the interview I was told I wouldn't make it long if I didn't get along with my coworkers. I gave him data showing I was the number 1 customer service rep at my previous job and he asked to keep it then hired me the same day. So I assumed I was in good standing. So If they were going to be this anal and impatient why hire me? All of this could of been avoided. I'm writing this so no one else is inconvenienced by working in this dept. Do not quit your job or jeopardize another opportunity to work here. This job ended up costing me money because I cut back hours at my other job that I was unable to get back.
