Drove more than 50 minutes to get get to this place and when I finally find the dress I was looking for (from the 50%off rack) they tell me it was not on special! Having plenty of the same ones on the same rack. How unpleasant!! Horrible trick. That's not nice at all. Great way to treat clients!

The Rack always has incredible deals on high-end clothing, shoes and accessories. The deals on the women's options are generally significantly better than the men's, but I have found a lot of really nice shoes and accessories at great prices. If you are looking for a great deal, come during their "clear the rack" sale, I got a pair of name brand dress shoes for a penny.

Very disappointed with the service at NR. I found a great deal on an identical pair of shoes through an online competitor, yet they refused to price match. I'm definitely glad that I gave my business to Amazon and will make sure to do so in the future, rather than wasting my time paying higher prices at NR. I really wanted to give NR my money today, but their regressive policy not to price match prevented me from doing so. I'll definitely make sure to advise my friends and family not to patron this establishment.

They need more people working.. no one was working in watches so I couldnt even get what I came for and didn't do my return because there were 30 people in line to check out. Hire some people.
